Thank you for shopping at our store! We hope you can have a great shopping experience. Here you can find helpful information that will serve as a guide to using our service.


Registration is not compulsory for shopping in our store. However we recommend doing it as it is a simple process and enable us to serve you better.

Payment Options

We currently accept PayPal, credit card through PayPal and Alipay. More options will be available later.

Pricing & Taxes

We reserve the right to change any of our pricing without notice.

There is no sales or consumption tax in Hong Kong.

When shipping to customers outside Hong Kong, we are required to fill out a Customs Declaration. We will disclose the correct monetary value of the content and are not responsible for any import duties and/or taxes that may be levied by the country’s local authorities.

Shipping & Delivery

We accept orders from most countries and regions. Both domestic and international orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post.

We provide standard mail service and also options with tracking or registered service. If you have chosen a standard mail service, we will not be responsible for any lost items should that happen. If a tracking or registered mail service is selected, the issue will be followed up by Hong Kong Post.

Mainland China orders over HK$ 200 can also choose to use courier service.

Each order, whether single item or multiple items will be sent out as a single shipment. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight of the shipment.

We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving a successful order if it is within office hours from Monday to Friday, subjected to product availability.

We offer free surface mail to addresses within Hong Kong for orders of over HK$300

You can also pickup from our office (here) within our office hours from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday after 24 hours of your successful order. You can also choose to pay cash while at our office. Please make an appointment by phone or email beforehand and bring along a copy of your invoice.

Returns & Exchange

You may return any incorrect, damaged or faulty items within 14 days after you receive your shipment for store credit. 

Please fill out and send us the return form here. The product you wish to return must be in their original packaging and contain a copy of your invoice. Once we received your returned item we will credit your account for the full amount including the return shipping cost if it is standard local or airmail postage.

We reserve the right to reject a return if any of the above conditions are not met. Digital downloads are non-exchangeable.
